Evaluative research on "The impact of the use of Generative AI in the labor market"

In a rapidly evolving digital transformation landscape, Generative AI emerges as a disruptive technology with the potential to profoundly reshape work relationships. Given this context, this in-depth research project seeks to critically analyze how the implementation of AI may affect both workers and work environments.

The objective of this initiative is to capture the perception of workers and employers regarding the impact of Generative AI in their respective fields.

Since AI can serve as a tool to enhance workers' skills and prepare them for the new market demands, the research focuses on multiple dimensions, including workforce training and adaptation, improvement of job quality, increased inclusion and diversity, and the implementation of education and training practices.
